Gaining an understanding of how your energy system works and interacts
can bring you a continually evolving understanding of yourself and the
world in which you live.
This workshop is a perfect foundation for a variety of spiritual practices and this knowledge will be presented in a way that is easy to understand yet comes from a space of awakened consciousness.
Topics covered include-
The 9 main chakras, auras & meridians,
Archangel, crystal, colour, geometry & tone that resonate with each chakra,
The
changing evolution of chakras,
The mind-body connection,
Understanding your
energy and the link to your external world and internal world,
Opening
the channel of self-awareness and self-discovery,
and how best to work with your energy for your highest potential.
This workshop is a melding of techniques that I have gathered over many
years, personal experiences, practical exercises, meditations and notes
for you to take home.
I am very excited to share with you my 27 day loving and nurturing my
chakras program. This will keep you motivated and passionate about
continuing to work with your chakras from a space of knowledge and
empowerment.
If you are just starting out on your spiritual journey, would like to build upon knowledge you already have, are interested in self-healing or are looking to learn Reiki or Seichim healing, then this workshop is perfect for you.
