During this workshop you will be guided, supported and nurtured by Paris a metaphysical healer/teacher and certified meditation facilitator and Orla a dōTERRA Premier Wellness Advocate.


Through a guided meditation you will be encouraged to go within and find the truth that lies beneath the surface and deep within. This is a gentle journey of understanding self and your world. Followed by a discussion, demonstration and practical applications of how you can incorporate essential oils into your everyday life to support and positively influence yours and your family’s emotional and mental well-being, overall attitude, resistance to outside influences and most importantly, to find your inner peace.


We will show you how using particular essential oils as part of your daily routine can help with anxious feelings, overwhelm, low moods, low energy, worry, anger, sadness, grief, frustration, peace, fatigue, sleeplessness, overthinking, negative thinking, self-confidence, loneliness, uncertainty and more. Yes there is an oil for every emotion!!


Essential Oils are a natural alternative when it comes to improving your family’s health and well-being and are safe, effective and affordable. Aromatherapy has been around for thousands of years and in recent times has experienced a resurgence worldwide because of the work dōTERRA are doing to educate and empower families. Knowledge is power. Come learn!


All participants will not only be able to experience the oils during the workshop but will receive a 2ml roller-ball bottle of the blend Peace.
