Lyn started facilitating guided meditation over 20 years ago, in that time she had the realisation that she was channelling  healing guidance from the Angels, Masters, and higher realms,  the meditations were profoundly transformational, they taught her to reach into consciousness for the precise vibrational information , guidance and frequency  for the group that had gathered,  She then started to translate this guidance into one on one sessions, for people to experience their own individual stream of higher wisdom, teaching, healing and guidance to soothe and awaken the Heart and Soul.
