I asked the ladies how they were feeling before we started the workshop
The ladies expressed they had been feeling sluggish, unmotivated, lack direction, exhausted, under pressure , tired and anxious
1 hour later after first meditation and sound healing, I checked in again with the ladies,, they expressed they were now feeling, lighter, clearer, relaxed, energised, and feeling more present,
2 hours later after self awareness exercises and creative exploration, they explained they were feeling content, happy, curious, joyful and hopeful
at the end of the day after communing with their sub conscious , they shared how they were feeling, they felt a sense of stillness, calmness, sparkling energy, clear and flowing, and Intune with themselves
